20 outdoor pickleball courts, 6 Har-Tru tennis courts, 4 bocce courts, a basketball court and a multipurpose field.
A tournament plaza and entertainment area, playground, dog park, and racquet center with a pro shop and covered seating overlooking the pickleball courts are also planned.
A sports complex with 12 indoor pickleball courts, indoor basketball, fitness and strength-training areas, and a movement and aerobics studio.
A social-club lounge, café and bar, family resort pool with slides and a grotto, oversized spa, game lawn and relaxation lawn round out the plan.
A full-service restaurant and bar, patio dining, outdoor bar, and a Saloon and entertainment venue with a stage.
An additional resort pool with beach entry, a waterfall cove, rock features and a lap pool is planned for this phase.
